Prices for products are stated on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices mentioned in AED.  However, the prices, products and services may change at the discretion of aureliejewls.com. Unless otherwise stated, the prices do not include Local Taxes, courier charges.
Shipping
We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Next day Delivery.
• Express Shipping: 4 hour Delivery for orders placed before 5pm.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based shipping method selected, and destination address. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package and estimate the delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship to addresses within UAE.
• Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery

Courier will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your order. In cases when the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, Aureliejewls.com reserves the right to cancel the order at their discretion.

Exchanges and Refunds

You hereby consent, express and agree that you have read and fully understood the Refunds and Exchange Policy of Aureliejewls.com. You further consent that the terms and contents of such Policy is acceptable to You.

Cancellations by Us

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 7 Working days.

Cancellations by You

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 8 hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 8 hours from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

 Aurelie shall in no event be responsible or liable to you or to any third party, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, liquidated or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue or business, business interruption, loss of programs or information, or loss of savings, or any other damages arising – in any way, shape or form – out of the availability, use, reliance on, or inability to utilize the service arising in whole or in part from your access to this website, your use of the service, your purchase of products through the website or this agreement, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applicable Law

By visiting Aureliejewls.com, you hereby agree that the court(s) of Dubai, U.A.E shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute and the conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.A.E.
